When I first met Shannon, I could tell right away planning her wedding would be a blast. She had the most bubbly demeanor and was constantly laughing. You can tell from the photos of her wedding day I was right! Shannon and Ryan were SO much fun! They had the biggest smiles all day and were just truly enjoying themselves! It was so special to be a part of their wedding as so much joy was in the air. We go to meet Taco, the coolest ring dog there ever was and there was SO much champagne to be shared! The 2016 A Day to Cherish Weddings Team

Well, 2016 is winding down and I am LONG overdue at posting this but wedding season came and swept us up with client meetings, rehearsals and wedding after wedding. Now that we have a bit of time to catch up, I want to share a special post! Without these ladies, I (Cara) could never survive. They help me keep ADC in motion and are my saving grace on each and every wedding.

The girls here at A Day to Cherish Weddings love to see everything come together on wedding day, from hair and makeup, to the dress, to the decor and to the perfect vows.  We also love getting all dolled up and posing for the camera!  Usually, we are running around behind the scenes, but this summer, we had the chance to relax and unwind at the beautiful Omni Resort at Montelucia and spend some girl time taking new team photos.  HUGE Thanks to the talented Sarah San Marco and Tracee Clemons for some outstanding makeup, and to Annie Randall Photography for capturing our awesome team.  We had so much fun getting dressed up and just being together.  We hope you enjoy these photos as much as we do!

From the moment I met Alex and her mother, I knew their wedding was going to be one of my favorites. Alex has a very defined style and knows what she likes. Stefanie and Kent - Four Seasons Scottsdale Troon North Wedding

Oh, our Stefanie and Kent's wedding day, I have SO much I could write about these two and what I loved about this day. It was such a refreshing change to have some beautiful bright colors and lots of sparkly gold! Everything about this wedding was just stunning. Petal Pusher knocked it out of the park on these floral arrangements and or experience at the Four Seasons Scottsdale was top notch. From start to finish it was a beautiful day filled with laughs and lots of energy. EVERY single time I checked on the groom and groomsmen, they were rehearsing hard for their surprise performance for the bride and it paid off. One of my top 5 favorite moments of all time! Catherine and Michael - Arizona Biltmore Wedding

I could write pages and pages about Catherine and Michael's beautiful wedding at the Arizona Biltmore Resort & Spa. From day one, Catherine knew exactly what she wanted for her wedding. An elegant, classy affair with many nods to her South African roots, important family tradition and her and Michael's love story. We spent many hours together, planning, brainstorming and bringing her vision to life. The two of them just glow when they are together and their day was such a special event to be a part of. Michael was one of the most excited grooms I have ever worked with and just couldn't wait to see his bride walk down the aisle. From the bagpiper outside the church, to the South African Protea flower and the beautiful moments that happened between them, it was a very memorable event for all that attended and it was a pleasure to be involved.

I can say without question that Ashley and Patrick's wedding was one for the books! The first night I met Ashley, she jumped right in to the vision of her day and knew EXACTLY what she wanted. Her modern wedding, bright colors, more food options than you could imagine, fireworks, photobooth, ice sculpture, 6 tier cake and 500 mini desserts are just the tip of the iceberg! We had a lot of laughs during the planning and even a last minute rain storm could not stop  this crew from having a great time. Becca & Mike - Firesky Resort wedding

What do you do when you want a striking reception, amazing food, a flower dog and a full dessert station and you only have 3 and a half months until wedding day? Hire A Day to Cherish! We met Becca and her mother less than 4 months before her wedding day. Eager to get started and full of ideas, Becca asked us to help pull everything together into one cohesive event. Justine Miller took the amazing shots below that show off the contemporary decor which we had the pleasure of working with Jill from Avant Garde to design. Big thanks to Desert House, Let them Eat Cake, La Dolce Pesca, String Serenade, Sarah San Marco, Taryn Senseman and especially the staff at Firesky! We pulled it together in a few short months, lucked out and completed the ceremony 30 minutes short of a rain storm and had a fantastic event, beautiful decor and a glowingly happy bride and groom.
