It's funny how when someone gets a good thing going ... suddenly everyone wants to be a part of it!
A Day to Cherish started in 2005 with one independent wedding consultant. And now, here we are: a team of amazingly talented women who absolutely love what we do. Each one of us brings a different set of unique skills to your wedding day and can't wait to get to know YOU!
Cara Morrison, Owner
I believe life isn't meant to be a spectator sport. I love my little family including my husband, Chris, my little spitfire, MaKenna, my 'baby', Avery and my two dogs, Lola and Rumor. My day isn't complete without a good run or a trip to Crossfit. I am terrified of spiders.
Before I was a part of A Day to Cherish, I never knew how much work could go into a wedding ... especially behind the scenes! I love that my workdays are filled with variety. I stay busy between communicating with vendors, making sure our clients questions are answered, and managing the logistics of each and every wedding. And I promise, not matter what the situation, you will never see me panic!

Stephanie Poure, Lead Consultant
I am happily married to the love of my life, Jon. I have two four-legged, furry children, Axel and Chloe. I enjoy traveling, anything sporty outside, and spending time with our human family and friends. I love to cook.
I absolutely love everything that goes into planning a wedding. From choosing shoes, to centerpiece design to favors and placecards. I love being a part of a team that is here to make all your decisions easier and make sure the details come together just as you envision.
Audrey Donnelly, Consultant and Wedding Day Assistant
Originally from Pittsburgh, I recently took a big leap of faith and moved to Arizona! Post-grad life has left me open to so many opportunities, and I am thrilled to be a part of what A Day to Cherish is all about! Event planning, especially wedding planning, has always been a passion of mine. Being present on the wedding day, watching everything fall into place from start to finish, is one of the most magical things to be a part of!
Some of the truest words I live by are “It is nice to be important, but it is more important to be nice”.

My life would be dull without my four-legged children: Lily, Mocha, Bija, and Zahara. In my spare time, I like to decorate house interiors and relax in my wingback chair with a good book.
I live for the details and love being a part of a team that helps make someone's dreams a reality. Being able to step back at the end of the event and say, "We did this; we helped this couple live out their dream," is the best feeling in the world!
Corinne Hulse, Office Assistant and Wedding Day Assistant
I am the baby and only girl of a family of six which includes my mom, dad, two older brothers, Christopher and Colin and of course my puppy, Sophie. I currently attend Grand Canyon University as a Junior majoring in Hospitality Management and heading this spring to spend a few months as an intern in the Disney Hotel in Florida. In my free time I love to workout at CrossFit, keep up with my dance skills in the studio and create many Pinterest inspired crafts.
When I first discovered Pinterest, I became hooked. Each night came with at least 15-20 pins on plenty of boards to choose from. This sparked my interest in interior design and soon led to my obsession with events, especially weddings . I love the entire concept of weddings but my favorite aspect of it all would have to be the special moments of a couples first dance and the parent dances.
Rachel Martin, Wedding Day Assistant
My love for weddings started when I was a little girl. I was about 4 my when mom said we went to a wedding and the whole night I was following around the bride admiring her dress, not leaving her side. In my Senior year of High School we had an assignment to make a business plan for a company. I decided to create a wedding planning company. It only made sense for me that several years later I am here working with these beautiful ladies at A Day to Cherish.
While I am not planning some event of sorts I enjoy watching sports, hanging out with my amazing mother, and volunteering at local non-profits. I try to live each and every day saying to myself “live each day to the fullest as you never know when it might be your last.” This has opened some exciting doors in my life that I am extremely grateful for.

One of the most cherished aspects of my life is that I am a triplet! I have the sweetest Mini American Eskimo pup, North, who I just adore. I love traveling and am always thinking about my next adventure. I also enjoy spending time with my family and friends, cooking and pilates.
I fell in love with events about 3 years ago when I was able to work with and be mentored by Stephanie Poure. She of course got me hooked on weddings! My favorite part of a wedding is the dress, shoes, jewelry and the entire beautification process. It is also just amazing to see the look on brides’ faces when they are ready to walk down the aisle.
